The FBI is considering it a terrorist incident because a flag of ISIS’ Islamic State group was found in the attacker’s car. Additionally, police recovered a handgun and an AR-style rifle following the encounter. New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell called it a terrorist attack. Mortar and fuel canisters were kept in ‘Tesla Cybertruck’. According to the officials, one person present in this truck has died and seven people outside have been injured. The people involved in this incident have not been identified yet. However, FBI has also started investigating this from terror angle. Both these incidents happened in America on the occasion of New Year.
