Mumbai. Today is Salman Khan’s 59th birthday. On this occasion, the teaser of his much awaited film ‘Sikander’ was to be released today. The makers have postponed it. The teaser of ‘Sikander’, which will be released in Eid 2025, will now be released tomorrow i.e. on 28th December. This decision has been taken due to the demise of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on 26 December. Manmohan Singh died last night at AIIMS, New Delhi. He was 92 years old and was suffering from age related diseases. The makers have issued a statement on social media.
The teaser of the action thriller ‘Sikander’ being made under the direction of AR Murugadoss will now be released online on December 28 at 11:07 am. This has been confirmed on the official X account of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
The makers said in a statement, “In view of the demise of our respected former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Ji, we regret that the release of the teaser of ‘Sikander’ has been postponed. Now it will be released on December 28 at 11:07 am. Our condolences are with the country in this hour of mourning. Thank you for understanding.”
The first look poster of Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Sikander’ has already been released. In the first look, only half of Salman Khan’s face is visible. He looks intense in this. An earring is visible in her ear. Dense clouds are visible behind. The makers claim that Sikandar will have a great mix of action, drama and emotions. The film will be released on the occasion of Eid.
