Seasons under the sun: Bad air won’t stop Delhi from having some fun

Amid exceedingly poor Air Quality Index and a cold wave, Delhiites savour basking in the sunshine at various parks across the city. The winter season bestows an entirely distinctive charm to this city of dreams.
