NCP's Chhagan Bhujbal and Shiv Sena's Vijay Shivtare say 'not angry' after being excluded from Maharashtra cabinet

NAGPUR: Senior NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal and Shiv Sena’s Vijay Shivtare, both ex-ministers, said they were not angry after being excluded in the recent cabinet expansion.
Bhujbal said, “Who to include in the cabinet is the decision of the party leaders. They (party leaders) told us that senior leaders were not included to give a chance to new people. I feel I was rewarded (for challenging Manoj Jarange Patil). If my supporters are gathering in Nashik, what can I do about it? I am an ordinary worker; what difference does it make if I am ignored or thrown out? I may or may not be given ministerial posts, but Chhagan Bhujbal is not finished.”

Bhujbal was in previous govts, holding the post of deputy CM and handling the home portfolio too.
Shivtare, who was minister for water resources, did not figure in the recent cabinet expansion. Shivtare said, “I am not at all angry for not getting a ministerial berth. I don’t clamour for posts. I am here to serve the people of my constituency and will continue to do so without any issues.”
