Earlier, the record for the event was held with 10,176 dancers. A large number of dancers danced under the leadership of Divya Unni on the song composed by Anoop Shankar. It was an eight-minute dance program. 550 dance teachers from all over the world participated in it. Not only adults, but even children as young as seven years old were among the dancers. The usual attire of the dancers was blue colored saree. Apart from Divya Unni, Uttara Unni, the dancers included actress Divya Unni’s sister Vidya Unni, Paris Lakshmi, Devi Chandana etc.
