Dead body of TV actor found in hotel, did not come out of the room for 2 days, staff called police after smelling the smell

Mumbai. Malayalam film and TV actor Dilip Shankar was found dead in a hotel this morning. He was staying in a hotel near Onerose Junction in Thiruvananthapuram. There is a wave of mourning in the Malayalam TV industry due to his death. His friends and fans associated with the industry are shocked by his death. According to the report, a hotel staff saw him dead in the hotel room and immediately called the police. The police reportedly filed a complaint. Many reports say that Dileep had stayed in a hotel in Thiruvananthapuram four days ago for the shooting of a TV show named ‘Panchaagni’.

Dilip Shankar lives in Ernakulam. The hotel staff told that he had not come out of his room for two days. On Sunday morning, due to foul smell coming from the room, the hotel staff entered the room and found him dead. He informed the police, who immediately reached the spot. Thiruvananthapuram Cantonment ACP told News9 Live that the forensic team has examined the room and further information will be given after the post-mortem.

According to the police, no foul play has been detected. Director Manoj, who is working with Dilip on the show, told Manorama that there was a two-day break in the shooting and during this time Dilip did not answer his or any of his co-actors’ calls. The director also told him that Dilip was suffering from health related problems.

As soon as she got information about Dilip Shankar’s death, actress Seema G Nair wrote an emotional post in Malayalam on Facebook, which translates to, “You called me five days ago, and I could not talk because I had a headache that day. . Now I came to know the news when a journalist called me. Dilip, what happened to you… why did this happen, God, I don’t even know what to write… my tribute to you.”
