While talking to Mens XP, Vivek Oberoi told that his first girlfriend died at the age of 17 due to which he was completely heartbroken. The actor says, ‘After meeting her I thought this was it. I dreamed of the two of us going to college and growing up together. Had dreams of our marriage. Even our children had thought about it.
Actor’s girlfriend died at the age of 17
Vivek says that he had planned his entire life with his first girlfriend, but when she was 17 years old, she suddenly became very ill. He says, ‘When I was not able to talk to her or anyone in her family, I called her cousin. I came to know that he is in the hospital. We were in a relationship for 5-6 years. She was everything to me. At that time they came to know that he was in the last stage of cancer, due to which he died within 2 months.
Vivek Oberoi was shocked
Vivek Oberoi told that he could not recover from this shock for a long time. He started seeing his girlfriend among the people walking on the road. However, later when he started working for cancer victims, he got a lot of relief.
Let us tell you, Vivek Oberoi made his Bollywood debut in the year 2002 with Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Company’. After that he gave many hit films like ‘Masti’, ‘Saathiya’, but the actor’s career was ruined after a fight with Salman Khan.
