New Delhi: Four men were arrested for robbing a person of his mobile phone and forcing him to reveal his UPI PIN to make payments for their alcohol spree in west Delhi’s Punjabi Bagh area. “Through technical surveillance and CCTV footage analysis, our team identified two scooties used in the crime,” said a senior police officer.The breakthrough came on tuesday when police traced the scooties to their registered owners, Ashu Tiwari and Karan. During interrogation, they revealed the involvement of two more accomplices, Prem and Karan, who were subsequently arrested.TNN
